Okay, so theres this thing they call the “Manosphere” out there. It’s a umbrella name for blogs that promote male perspectives on life and so on. There’s a vast difference between them, ranging from the Christian Married Man perspective of Dalrock, to the general “eat this douche-bag leftie feminist morons” of Captain Capitalism, to the cynical and crude commentary of Bill Powell over at ApocalypseCometh. They all have something in common, however. They all despise, or rather hate with a passion, that which has come from feminism. And feminists themselves, for that matter.
Now, as an important note I will add that I in no way agree with anything just because it’s manosphere-stamped. There are things out there that makes my gut churn, especially the ever-despicable PUA (Pick Up Artist) community, which is simply the male correlation of the feminist mentality (their mantra is something to the tune “hump everything that moves”). There is, unfortunately, generally a lack of gentleman behaviour around the manosphere blogs, which is not that strange since the main purpose of feminism has been to destroy all things civilized, and among men this has meant gentleman behaviour.
With that disclaimer, however, it is hilarious to see the brains of femmo agitators explode once they run into the counter-reaction of their own making. And after a recent debacle that has been brought to my attention, I have decided that from January 1st, I’m doing the “30 days of discipline” – which you can find here. The debacle, it seems, started when the femmo mob found the site, which resulted in this “shrieking harpy feces throwing”-routine.
It did not turn out as intended. Instead, it seems to have backfired quite significantly. I mean really, really back-fired. As in “giving money, cred and page-views to the guy you are trying to discredit”. And I can’t help but just freaking laugh, and laugh, and laugh. You see, this is so typical of our culture. We have so repressed what we really think and feel, that when the top blows and people realize what they actually think, the reaction becomes the exact opposite of what people expect.
Like I said, I in no way endorse all that is being said over at Bold&Determined, but its refreshingly NOT politically correct, it speaks to men and teaches you to stop being a goddamn wuss, and if some of the more explicit content and some of the more ….. primal advice regarding how to be around women turns you off, then skip a few paragraphs, and at least appreciate that no one is trying to feed you a bunch of well-dressed lies.
“cynical and crude” I resemble that remark. Thanks for the linkage kind sir.
Hey, that’s why I read Jezebel in the first place. I get material for my blog, and I find tons of great links by invetigating whatever jezebel DOESN’T like.
I think Victor has a great blog, and his main message is celebrate your body and don’t take shit, especially from women. That’s not bad advice.
The Bold and Determined guy didn’t back down, didn’t apologize, or qualify his statements. The feminists just assumed he would be scared. By writing her article, she thought he would make him apologize or change his views. Didn’t work. And he won. Just by not backing down! Traditionalists of any type should learn from his response to her article and feminist emails. Don’t back down!
The Jezebel writer most likely socializes only with people who agree with her worldview. She probably doesn’t know men who aren’t feminist. Will she now mock others who don’t follow feminism, like Muslim men or Orthodox Jewish men? Fat chance.
